Change: Stretching as above but gradually extend the distance between the legs.
Some things to remember:
* Never stretch a cold muscle, make sure you are properly warmed up before trying to stretch.
* Do not put weight on the leg you are stretching.
* Do not stretch the ligaments of the knee. Do not stretch the tendons of the knee. Stretch your thigh muscles only.
